The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee examines the challenges and opportunities investment advisory and wealth management firms face as they strive to create greater diversity, equity, and inclusion both within their firms and in the industry at large. The Committee aims to review forces that have contributed to the industry’s current track record in diversity and identify specific steps members can take to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion at their firms. The Committee’s work will be reflected in an online resource center to assist advisers and wealth managers in building and enhancing their diversity programs.
