Cancellation Policies
We understand that unexpected circumstances may force a registrant to cancel. Cancellations must be received in writing, via email (iaaevents@investmentadviser.org) or post.
Virtual Workshop Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Your registration fee will be refunded in full if cancellation is received prior to Thursday, September 5, 2024. There are no refunds for cancellations received on or later than September 6, or after workshop materials have been emailed. No refunds for “no shows,” but you will receive a link to the recording. Substitutions may be made until September 6, in writing, for no additional fee. Cancellations will be processed within two weeks after the event.
In-Person Workshop Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Your registration fee will be refunded (less $50 cancellation fee) if cancellation is received at least fourteen (14) days before the workshop date. No refunds will be made after that point. No refunds for “no shows.” Substitutions may be made at any time, for no additional fee. Cancellations will be processed within two weeks after the event.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IAA events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to comply with IAA event policies.
