Online Resource Library

Take advantage of the IAA’s online resource library which features guidance documents from the IAA and from appropriate regulators, IAA comment letters, articles and memoranda from leading law firms and consultants, and citations of relevant regulations. Online resources include full libraries devoted to issue-specific Compliance Guides, materials for preparing for SEC Examinations, CFTC & Derivatives Regulation and International Issues.

IAA Events & Webinars

All employees of the firm receive discounted rates to register for IAA events, such as the Investment Adviser Compliance Conference, Annual Leadership Conference, and the Compliance Workshops, as well as access to IAA’s growing list of complimentary webinars.

Eligibility

  • IAA associate membership is available to any entity that is not a fiduciary investment adviser.
  • IAA associate members are non-voting, non-office holding members of the Association.
  • IAA associate membership applies to an entire firm. The firm may designate any number of employees to receive benefits.
  • IAA associate members can be law firms, accountants, consultants, vendors, or other entities concerned with the interests of investment advisers. View a list of example Service Provider Categories.

Annual Dues

Annual dues are $5,000 per firm. For new associate member firms, annual dues are prorated on a monthly basis in the first calendar year.
