Comments on the Department of Treasury’s Review of Regulations
In response to a request for information on regulations for possible repeal, replacement, or modification, the IAA commented on the application of anti-money laundering regulations to SEC-registered investment advisers and the need to broaden exemptions from FBAR filing obligations for certain investment adviser employees.
