The IAA supported the CFTC’s proposal to eliminate Schedules B and C of Form CPO-PQR and permit CPOs to file NFA Form PQR. The IAA also made recommendations regarding the form’s Schedule of Investments and recommended that the CFTC clarify that only commodity-related brokers need to be reported.
